Parade

Parade Information

Parade entrants are asked to complete the registration form and bring it with them the day of the parade.  We will start taking parade registrations Saturday, July 12th @ 8:00 a.m. and you will receive your float number at that time.  We are also asking if you spray water to please be considerate to the crowd.  With the parade route we will not be able to allow any semi-trailer entries.  Trophies will be awarded following the parade.  If you have any questions or need additional information regarding the parade please contact:

Parade Entries

  • REGISTRATION

    • Begins at 8:00 a.m. on the north edge of Halbur, near Rotert Construction, off of the 240th Street

  • FOOD & REFRESHMENTS

    • Will be available during line-up

  • TICKET SYSTEM

    • Will be used for food and drink during the weekend

  • RAIN DATE

    • Sunday, July 13th, 2008

 

A "Field of Dreams" was chosen for the theme of the Quasquicentennial float, recognizing the fact that all types of ballgames have played an important role in Halbur's history.  It has made appearances in the Manning and Arcadia Quasquicentennial parades this summer to promote our 125th Birthday Party.  Pictures below...
